Light management in tandem solar cells has gained much attention for achieving high conversion efficiency. Here, we investigate the effects of nanostructured interfaces on the optical properties such as optical coupling of luminescent tandem solar cells by using electromagnetic wave simulation. We calculated the angle-dependent Fresnel coefficients at the nanostructured interface in lead-halide perovskite/c-Si tandem solar cells. The simulation results show that the luminescent coupling between the perovskite and c-Si sub-cells can be improved using a short-period nanostructured interface. A luminescent coupling efficiency greater than 95% is obtained for the nanostructured interface with height less than 1 μm.
