摘要

The construction of the novel hybrid device comprises photovoltaic PV-cell and nanocapacitor which disposed on front and back sides on common glass substrate as well as the flow chart of the device's fabrication procedures are presented. In order to realize the proposed device the anodic aluminum oxidation (AAO ) nanostructures on basis of glass/ indium tin oxide (ITO)/Ti/Al thin film structure were synthesized. The method of electrochemical deposition of CdS thin film on ITO covered glass substrates was developed. The optical microphotograph, SEM imaging, EDX spectra, optical transmission and Raman scattering data are presented.
