摘要

Cracks in soiar ceils are a genuine problem for photovoltaic (PV) modules as they are hard to avoid, especially during the long distance transport environment, in the previous study, the verticai fixed module method could suppress the low frequency vibration has been observed. However, the majority of micro-cracks occurred in the range of low resonance frequency during road transportation, in order to find the relationship between modeled vibration modes and the probability of micro-cracks formation. This study will simulate actual road test with three-dimensional vibration simulations, and statistical micro-cracks distribution of the module in different types of the packaging. This approach will provide a reference standard for mechanical module design and packaging design In the future.
