ADAPTIVE SIGNAL PROCESSING METHOD AND EQUIPMENT THEREFOR, DETECTION METHOD FOR NOISE OR VIBRATION CONTRIBUTION, TRANSFER CHARACTERISTICS-ESTIMATION METHOD FOR NOISE OR VIBRATION, SUPPRESSION METHOD TO NOISE OR VIBRATION, AND SIMULATION METHOD FOR NOISE OR VIBRATION ENVIRONMENTS
PURPOSE: To provide an adaptive signal processing method which can precisely analyze the impulse response of an acoustic system or a vibration system, and an equipment using the method. ;CONSTITUTION: The respective signals of noise or vibration which are detected at a plurality of points are inputted in first stage adaptive filters 431-433. The coefficients of the adaptive filters 431-433 are updated so that the difference e1 between the sum of the filter output signals and the noise signal detected at an estimation point where noise or vibration is estimated becomes minimum. Detection signals at a plurality of points are inputted in second stage adaptive filters 434-436, which are so updated that the difference e2 between the sum of the output signals and the difference e1 becomes minimum. The respective adaptive filter inputs are delayed through delay circuits 421-426. Impulse responses of various kinds of acoustic fields can be expressed by installing two stages of adaptive filters and combining the adaptive filters with delay time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
