摘要

Because entropy weight is adopted,the subjectivity in ascertaining factors' weights in lower hierarchy can be avoided. Based on the statistical data of a thermal power enterprise's coal suppliers,this study chooses the entropy TOPSIS evaluation method to make a relatively comprehensive evaluation on these suppliers. Relevant evaluation indexes include coal quantity,contract fulfillment rate,calorific value,sulfur portion and incoming unit price. It is found that the coal quantity and the calorific value are the most important factors when choosing coal suppliers. In the end,the order preference of suppliers is conducted on the basis of the evaluation results,and the ideal suppliers are ascertained for the enterprise.
