Method for joint production of electric and thermal energy includes the processes of air compression, burning in it gaseous or liquid fuel, mixing the combustion products obtained with water vapor formed in the boiler-utilizer and overheated with worked-out gases of gas-turbine unit, expansion of the gas-steam mix and transformation at that of its potential energy to mechanical one with simultaneous transformation of the last one to the electric energy, cooling with obtaining from the heat extraction overheated vapor and condensation; and the condensate obtained, together with the part of the condensate got from worked-out gases is separated into two flows: the first of those is directed to get vapor at utilization of the heat of secondary energy sources, and the second one - to heat water of the hot water supply mains; at that, if needed, part of condensate heated at heat contact with worked-out cases is mixed to it. Electrical unit comprises a gas-steam-turbine engine, this includes installed in sequence compressor, combustion chamber and turbine connected by a shaft, with unit fortransformation of mechanical energy to electric energy and arranged in sequence behind the turbine, in direction of flow of worked-out gases boiler-utilizer, heat exchange unit for condensate heating, deaerator, utilizer for the heat of secondary energy sources of the industrial enterprise; at that the heat exchanger for the vapor overheating of the gas-turbine engine is placed directly behind the turbine and connected with its inlet by vapor to the utilizer of heat of secondary energy resources of the industrial enterprise and with the outlet - to the combustion chamber of the gas-steam turbine engine, and the condenser is with its outlet by condensate, through deaerator is additionally connected to the input of the utilizer of heat of secondary energy resources of the industrial enterprise and to the inlet of the heat exchanger of hot water supply, this is at the same time, through controlled valve, connected to the outlet of the heatexchanger for condensate heating.
