Graduate employment has become the social focus. This paper first put forward the importance of graduate employment on social stability in China and investigated the basic situation of graduate employment, then, based on Linnan's social network model, analyzed in detail the different influence factors of graduate employment, summed up three social network impact models of graduate employment, and finally proposed a number of policy recommendations.
