On-site leadership behaviors directly affect the efficiency of enterprises, and the research on the leadership behavior has focused on high-level, the on-site leadership behavior studies are relatively small. Take the state-owned enterprise H as an example, using PM theory, through the evaluation of the indicators on the spot managers of enterprise H, we analyze the spot managers belonging to which type (PM type, P-type, M type, pm type). Through measurement the leadership behavior to determine the type, development the leader's potential, improve their work, thus improving the main subject behavior of the operating system to make it to develop to the ideal type and providing reference for on-site Leadership behavior.
