Identifying Risk Factor of Management in Coal Mine Construction Project

Risk identification is the first and key step of risk management, and organization and management can ensure the project smooth implementation. This paper investigates the risk factors in coal mine construction project, and uses factor analysis method to identify the key risk factors, the results show that the management ability and level of manager and construction workers, materials or equipment management and construction site management have an important influence on the coal mine construction project
