The main disadvantage of traditional manual clamp is that it has a slow speed with a big clamp force or a rapid speed with a small clamp force.A new type of hydraulic clamp is introduced in this paper.In this type of clamp,a big bump,a small bump,a big oil jar and a small oil jar is made together in a part,the big bump and small bump can work and replace together.It can adjust speed automatically according different forces and be operated easily.Speeds at different load and carrying capacity at different speed are analyzed,the analysis results proved that this new manual hydraulic pressure clamp has advantages of high speed in the situation without load or small load and slow speed in the situation with large load.
