摘要

As different posts have different requirements of competence, through the scientific method, this paper established competence model including 21 competences and four categories identified as professional knowledge and skills, human resource management professions promotion potential, individual working attitude, personal professional traits with corresponding definition. The competence assessment method and empirical research is employed to investigate the structure of the model which has reference significance to Chinese enterprises.
