Study on the Profit Distribution of Enterprises' Technological Innovation Alliances

Since 1990s, most research regarding forming of the enterprises' technological innovation alliances focuses on the balance relationship between firm's transaction fees and the production cost using transaction fees view [1,2]. Based on the view of firm's resource view, it focuses on the relationship between enterprises' organizational factors and firm's innovation performance. In this context, the enterprises' technological innovation alliances came into being [3, 4].
