An quick-look algorithm for squint mode SAR in flat flight mode is discussed in this paper. On the foundation of the signal character of squint mode SAR, adaptive prefiltering is made and range walk is corrected in time domain, thus the computation decreases greatly. The azimuth matched filter function is generated with impacts of the Doppler centroid frequency which is a benefit for the following imaging processing. Simulation results verify the validity and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
