Coupling interaction between universities or other research institutions and enterprises is the foundation of knowledge innovation of university-industry collaboration organizations: coupling contributes to the adaption and complementation of knowledge capacity system while interaction provides vehicles for knowledge creation. Coupling interaction is a reciprocating process. And knowledge innovation of university-industry collaboration is achieved by high [7, 8], and knowledge capacity systems on both sides are expanded through the coupling in between. Through the coupling interaction, the knowledge ability system of the universities or other research institutions and enterprises has been expanded. From the analysis of mechanism of coupling interaction knowledge innovation of university-industry collaboration, to improve the innovation performance, management system and cultural values of the organizations should be enhanced.
