In this paper, the Ministry of Commerce, State Inform ation Center, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, a Beijing court and other relevant government departments, case a nalysis shows that outsourcing mode selection, and the three com mon outsourcing models were compared for the future managem ent of government departments to adjust their own Mode referen ce.
