摘要

With the rapid development of auto industry, AMT is an inevitable trend of the development of automobile. Automatic clutch is the most important modules of AMT, as well as the difficulty and the core of AMT control system. In this paper the characteristics and engaging regularity of the clutch engaging process are firstly analyzed, and then the engaging control strategy based on fuzzy theory is proposed. The intention fuzzy controller of start and the engaging fuzzy controller are designed. Finally the simulation model of the clutch engaging process is established by MATLAB simulink. the simulation results proves that the control strategy and the design the controller are reasonable.
机译:随着汽车工业的快速发展,AMT是汽车发展的必然趋势。自动离合器是AMT最重要的模块,也是AMT控制系统的难点和核心。本文首先分析了离合器啮合过程的特点和啮合规律,然后提出了基于模糊理论的啮合控制策略。设计了启动意图模糊控制器和参与式模糊控制器。最后通过MATLAB simulink建立了离合器啮合过程的仿真模型。仿真结果证明了该控制策略和控制器的设计是合理的。
