Aims at the plan and scheduling of aircraft deicing resources in large airports, the game-theoretic analysis method is adopted for the solution of deicing delay that based on the aircraft ground deicing process multi-agent modeling in this paper. The resources allocation method for airlines is proposed, and the algorithm of allocate deicing slots, bays and deicing priority is designed. Finally, Matlab software is used for simulating the multi-agent system. The domestic departures data of Beijing Capital International Airport is used for simulation experiments. The results show that the game model optimized by PF (Priority Fluctuating) outperforms the first come, first service scheduling strategy not only in total deicing delay, total number of aircrafts and the rate of aircraft delay, but also at deicing congested circumstance. A new strategy is proposed for the plan and scheduling of aircraft deicing resources.
