摘要

This joint paper considers some problems and methods of designing integrated systems for intelligent motion control and navigation of the highway vehicles and mobile robots in dynamic environment with obstacles. Significant attention will be given to the development of methods of optimal and adaptive planning of safe routes of mobile robots and machines using sensory feedback signals, artificial intelligence elements and neural technologies. Adaptive fault-tolerant predictive motion control and autonomous navigation of mobile robots based on functional diagnostics and simulation in virtual space of the control behavior of mobile robots and the dynamics of their environment with known or unknown obstacles will be proposed.
