Research on the IT Governance Framework of Sports Products Industry

摘要

In the paper, we analyzed the status quo of informationization of Sports products industry and set up an IT governance framework. The framework includes three components: IT decision mechanism, IT risks management process and IT performance evaluation. The detailed contents of the components were analyzed and their relation was described.
