The organizational system of the ISS crews training in Russia, which is developed according to principles, definedby International Partners, taking into account their participation interests in the station building and coversall phases of training, is discussed here. When developing the unified flow of the ISS crew training on the IP'sfacilities all software, methodical, informational, technical, human, etc. resources should meet requirements, definedby IPs, and first of all should be standardized and certified. General methods, aids, and principles of theRussian cosmonaut training system as the requisite element of the space infrastructure in the Russian Federation,without which it is impossible to realize native space programs and international agreements on space investigations,are presented in the paper. Further complication of space technology, updating of computer technologies,complication of information flows for the ISS crew training require improving of cosmonaut training technologyand its control.
