摘要

A kind of intelligent hydraulic impact or based on fuzzy control algorithm is put forward. The pressure peak signal from the nitrogen room is collected by the pressure sensor, through A/D conversion which is input to the computer for processing (fuzzy control algorithm) to obtain the control signal. Then, through the D/A conversion and signal amplification, respectively, the action of high-speed switch valve and cone valve is controlled to adjust the piston stroke under the characteristics of different objects, in order to achieve the purposes of controlling impact energy and impact frequency intelligently. Meanwhile, the control experimental program and the experimental prototype are designed. By impact experiments on objects of different hardness, such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, iron, and so on, it's proved that the intelligent hydraulic impact or controlled by fuzzy control algorithm can automatically regulate the impact frequency and impact energy.
