Introduction

摘要

The 9th International Conference on Hydroinformatics which will be held in September 7-10, 2010, is hosted by the Tianjin University, the Tianjin Binhai New Area People's Government, and co-hosted by Research Center for Eco-environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. Hydroinformatics Conference is a significant event in the continuous effort of three parent organizations -International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR), International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS) and International Water Association (IWA)-to actively promote and accelerate both research and applications of hydroinformatics.
