Behind the positive numbers that Renfe has achieved there are many important processes and applications that Renfe has developed within all the areas involved in the planning and delivery of the service. Without these processes, which are continually under revision, and without the applications that Renfe has developed; as well as the training and professional development of Renfe' s staff, this could not be achieved.
