Environmental Measures along the Sanyo Shinkansen

We are currently operating the high speed train (Sanyo Shinkansen) at 300km/h. We have suppressed the vibration and noise generated from the Shinkansen by conducting various research and development. This paper will provide an overview of the Sanyo Shinkansen as well as introduce its characteristics and the environmental impact of higher speeds along the tracks. We will also present the measures and technical developments we have been working on to solve environmental problems with the rolling stock and the tracks.
