JJ HSR was put into operation on August 1, 2008 as the first 350km/h high speed line for formal operation in the world. As the entrusted operation management unit for the line, BRB takes the transportation safety as the core, the first-class service for passengers as the goal and strives to maximize its social and economical benefit and has initially explored and established a new railway passenger transportation management system and service mode. 100 pairs of trains are planned based on variant train graph indicator and the operational pairs are arranged depending on passenger flow; automatic operation commanding system is put into practice to ensure the safe and orderly traffic organization; a sound safety guarantee system is established to ensure the absolutely safe operation; a new station and train passenger service management system is established led by innovative passenger service concept to foster the high speed culture in China; a new management mode for passenger station is conducted to build "six systems" , namely passenger station service, traffic organization, equipment maintenance, commercial operation, sanitation cleaning and quality monitoring, so as to improve the management level of stations.
