In the university education, some teaching assistants are employed to support teaching students. In this paper, we suggest a method to formalize the learning items to share them among teaching assistants and a teacher. In this research, we use the semantic network model to formalize the learning items. Our method extracts the keywords and concepts from each slide in the lecture note, and it makes a semantic network of them. Therefore we formalize the keywords and concepts that the learner should learn from the lecture note.
