Choice of Methods on ESCC Evaluation Data Standardization

Data standardization is a very significant job for equipment support core competence (ESCC) evaluation. The impact on the result of ESCC is great. During data standardization, there are five sorts of methods in common use, and various methods have their own characteristics. According to the purpose of it, the ESCC evaluation can be divided into order-based assessment, decision-based evaluation and test-based assessment This paper founds the correlation between them, and selects the different methods of data standardization for the different sort ESCC evaluation.
