Domestic labour market is followed by many years of austerity. It is especially difficult for women to obtain employment in this situation. For example there are about 20% female undergraduate to be affected with prejudice on recruitment every year. They are considered expensive workforce who will face the problems of marriage and childbirth soon after their graduation. This paper analyzes amphoteric biological mechanism difference and finds each advantage objectively in terms of employment. And by comparison the paper gives some staff recruitment tactics to excavate the female staff's potential, make them enable and better working enthusiasm in their jobs. It is also essential for human resources demand in constructing the harmonious society currently.
