Research of Technical Talents Flow Path on the View of Social Capital

摘要

At present, there has been a substantial flow of technical talents. The issue of technical talents flow has been one of the most important issues of modern enterprise management. This paper attempts to build a theoretical model of social capital with technical talents flow path based structural equation model and the results of several empirical studies, then explore and analyze the relationship between this two. The results indicate that social capital has significant effects on technical talents flow. In the five factors of social capital, trust and identity have no influence on the flow of technical talents flow; while social interaction, shared vision and common language have relatively significant effects on the flow of technical talent.
