The riseof knowledge-based economy and information technology with each passing day, which bring about the vast change of business ideas and management perception. With the introduction of advanced Western management ideas, modern human resources management are making great impact on our existing labor and personnel management system and leads to the final replacement Human resource management in the application of Chinese enterprises has just started ,which is far from the systematic introduction and absorption.
