It uses the two ground GPS station inversions of Shijiazhuang and Zhangjiakou of hebei province to get the atmospheric precipitation data, according to the comparison of the atmospheric precipitable water of atmospheric the calculating of sounding data and the atmospheric precipitable water values of GPS inversion, through the case study of precipitation, it was found that the atmospheric precipitation values of GPS data inversion have higher use value, but the effective radius of the atmospheric precipitable water vapor (PWV) inversed by single station GPS is limited.
