A new hydraulic cylinder performance test bench is introduced, which can realize the velocity and pressure test for hydraulic cylinders, and furthermore, the new technology of hydraulic energy recycle is employed, which can prevent energy waste during the long time test and achieve the energy reutilization. In order to improve the performance test control result, the Fuzzy PID control systems for pressure and velocity are designed separately, in which the pressure control is realized by adjusting the relief valve opening and the velocity control is realized by regulating the donkey pump flow. The designed Fuzzy PID controller is utilized online controlling the pressure and velocity of the test bench, which is proved practicable and effective.
