摘要

The information-based construction projects cost decomposition/control is to decompose、 plan, analyze and control the construction cost by means of information integration technology and achieve the purpose of reduce the total cost, which has the characteristics of randomness, non-periodicity , unpredictability, decomposability, regularity, ergodicity and fractality. In this paper, we build the chaos model of the construction projects cost decomposition/control system based on the LotkaVolterra competitive and evolution system model: to strengthen coordination coefficient k_(ij) between different departments is the necessary conditions for the emergency of chaos. The information-based construction projects cost decomposition/control system is a chaotic attractor which promotes the construction project cost decomposition/control system to achieve the state of chaos.
