Cultural management of human resources is the inevitable requirements of the development of enterprise human resource management. On the basis of discussing the mutual relations between enterprise culture and human resource management, and from the functional system of human resource management, analyze the problems which exist in the cultural management of human resource in Chinese enterprises, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote cultural management of human resource in Chinese enterprises.
