Research on Competence Model of High-speed Railway Drivers

摘要

As the size of railway network quickly expanded, and the level of technical equipment significantly increase, modernization of China's railway rapidly moved forward. The competence of high-speed railway drivers will be improved to ensure the safety and modernization of China's railway transportation. This paper constructs competence model of highspeed railway drivers based on China railway features and competence requirement of high-speed railway drivers, and proposes scientific recommendations to the application of competence model.
