Bayesian reliability estimation method for CNC system based on the prior failure rate

摘要

The CNC system failure rate distillation function was deduced to adopt Bayes method, which used binomial probability distribution as the likelihood function kernels, and Beta distribution as the prior distribution. With the fully priori information, failure rate mean and variance was calculated, then the parameter in Beta distribution could be estimated. The 2-parameters Weibull distribution was the optimum fitting distribution of the CNC system failure probability distribution .The Shape parameter and size parameter of Weibull distribution could be estimated by using the failure rate gotten from Bayes formula, then the MTBF also could be estimated.
机译:推导CNC系统故障率提纯函数采用贝叶斯方法,以二项式概率分布为似然函数核,以Beta分布为先验分布。利用充分的先验信息,可以计算出故障率的均值和方差,然后可以估算出Beta分布中的参数。 2参数的Weibull分布是CNC系统故障概率分布的最佳拟合分布。利用贝叶斯公式得到的失效率可以估计Weibull分布的Shape参数和大小参数,进而可以估计MTBF。
