Networks, whether wired or wireless, used at homes are now 100% mutually complementary in terms of communication performance, but that performance can be as low as 4.1 % if used in a school building, for example. The objective of the study described herein is to improve communication performance using additional routing capability. A simulator was developed to ascertain and evaluate the characteristics of such a mutually complementary network with an added routing capability. Assuming that we have up to 15 s available for practical use of communication, such a judgment was made that up to 11 nodes for every five-story building was about reasonable to use for practical uses of communications. With that fact in mind, a mutually complementary network was shown to be available for use in a school building by allocating every domain unit of 11 nodes to the entire building.
