Two methods of improving the accuracy and reliability of determining radio navigational parameters in the Phase Terrestrial Radio Navigation System (PRNS) are proposed. The first one is based on the simultaneous emission of the signals of all operating frequencies during the time interval of signal emitting or retransmitting by PRNS-systems. Simulation results of the device implementing the above-mentioned method are presented. This method can be used to design measuring systems for radio navigation. The second method is based on the selection technique with the use of one operating frequency. The minimum of summarized error of position was used as a criterion for choosing the true values of on-board station coordinates. The calculation of searching for a true solution was carried out while measuring phase shifts of signals from three terrestrial stations. These calculations have shown that in the absence of random error in phases shift measurement, one minimum of summarized error of position equal to zero was observed, this minimum corresponds to the preset true location of the on-board station. It allows using the offered method for searching the true location of the on-board station without using additional scales for phase measurement.
