Model of Assessing Trunk Road Service Oriented by Users Demand

In order to actually reflect the situation of trunk road service, the paper puts forward the definition and connotation of trunk road service oriented by user demand on the basis of Maslow's needing theory, selects 16 indexes from three aspects of service condition, service environment and service activity on the base of expert experience and related specifications, and sets up evaluating index system about trunk road service with the principle of feasibility, scientificity, practicability, comparability and combining quality with quantity. Secondly, the paper researches the range and service level of each index in the context of transformation form transportation to modern service, applies AHP to determine the weight of each index, and sets up comprehensive evaluating model about trunk road service applying matter-element theory, extension set theory and correlation function, which makes the assessment more subtle. Lastly, example of G105 from Weinan to Xi'an shows that the model makes trunk road service assessed accurately, reflects comprehensive level of trunk road service completely, and is of good maneuverability, feasibility and practicability.
