Lactic acid coupled liposomal system for braindelivery of methotrexate was developed foreffective management of the brain tumor. Theywere characterized for vesicle size, drug releaseand in vitro drug release. More ever the brainuptake was assessed quantitating usingfluorescence microscopy.
