Economic Analysis on Franchise Value Change of State-owned Commercial Bank

摘要

Dividing franchise value of state-owned commercial bank into license value and market value, this article designs measurement model of franchise value of state-owned commercial bank and analyses franchise value's variation. The analysis result shows that franchise value of state-owned commercial bank is highest in the period of planned economy, declines gradually in the period of reform and the opening to the outside world and declines quickly after China's entering into WTO.
