According to the different characters of the middle-low grade bauxite, based on the normal flotation & reverse flotation technology, the author innovates the new technology which is named bi-flotation, it integrates the advantages of normal flotation & reverse flotation, while avoids their disadvantages. Take Henan middle-low grade bauxite as research object, according to the pilot experiment of bi-flotation technology, the concentrate A/S is 9.37 and the recovery of alumina is 80.18% by flotation separate the raw ore which A/S is only 4.19.
