The study based on factors affecting high-tech firm innovation--The analysis based on the questionnaires of high-tech firm in Kunming

摘要

Based on the survey, the study reviews the key factors which impact on firm innovation activities from micro-level by using the sample of the high-tech firms in Kunming city. The results show that: by controlling the brand, enterpriser's awareness and human capital relevant factors, it showed a significant the inverted U-shaped relationship between size of firm and the investment of innovation. Internal incentive of firms and external policy environment promote activities of enterprise innovation.
