Innovation and Firm’s Success: The Case of Thai-Based High-Tech Firms

摘要

The purpose of this study is to determine the innovation success in Thai-based High-Tech firms with the help of leader’s behavior and organizational values with the mediating role of innovation process. This was done quantitatively. Sample size was 200 employees who worked inThai-based high-tech firm. 5-point Likert scale was used employed for data collection and PLS-SEM version 3 was used to analyze the data. The findings of this showed that leadership role and values of the organization play very significant role in ensuring the innovation success through innovationprocess in Thai-based High-Tech firms.
