The Researches on the Logistics Cooperation Models Based on the Central-Satellite Industry Cluster

摘要

After analysis on the logistics operation of link model in the industry clusters, this paper makes an in-depth study on the logistics cooperation model of central-satellite industry clusters based on the supply hubs and postponement strategy. Furthermore, it put forwards a lean logistics cooperation model combining push-pull chain with postponement strategy. Then the construction of cooperation model, functions and operation conditions are analyzed systematically. According to the practices of this cooperation model, it points out that building the public information platform, right warehouses, right schedules and keeping long-term stable cooperative relations between cluster firms are crucial for the success of cooperation model.
