Fluid power technology is constantly evolving as a result of the interaction between human operators and the systemitself. Therefore, it is necessary to model human performance in fluid power systems. This research aims todevelop a human performance model for an excavator using Micro Saint simulation software to provide valuableinformation on human performance and human interaction under changing conditions. By simulating the tasks andprocesses required in performing hydraulic excavation operations, the model allows for the examination ofefficiency as well as optimization of the excavation process and operational procedures to investigate humanperformance.
