Preparation of Chitosan Nanoparticles Encapsulating Bovine Serum Albumin

摘要

The aim of this study was to prepare, characterize and determine encapsulation efficiency of BSA loaded chitosan nanoparticles. Chitosan nanoparticles with various formations were obtained by ionotropic gelation process. Results show that BSA encapsulation efficiency was affected by initial BSA concentration and chitosan or TPP solution in which BSA was added.
