Solid Dispersions of Cilostazol Prepared Using Solution Enhanced Dispersion bySupercritical Fluids

摘要

Solid dispersion of cilostazol with nicotinamide and various hydrophilic materials was prepared using the Solution Enhanced Dispersion by Supercritical Fluids (SEDS) process. Studies of solubility, dissolution rates, and bioavailability showed a remarkable increase for Solid dispersion of cilostazol prepared by SEDS process compared with those for physical mixtures and drug alone.
