摘要

An experimental ischaemia was induced in isolated rat hearts using the Langendorff model. Rhodamine(Rh)-labeled liposomes bearing TAT-peptide (TATp) and additionally coated with PEG via the pH-sensitive cleavable hydrazone bond (PEG-Hz-PE) or with uncleavable PEG-PE were infused into the isolated hearts. The TATp-bearing liposomes with the cleavable PEG coat exhibited significantly enhanced accumulation (Rh fluorescence) inside the hypoxic cardiocytes compared to the similar liposomes with the non-cleavable PEG coat.
