摘要

To improve the specific accumulation in tumor sites and aqueous solubility of retinoic acid, the core-shell type of folate-PEG-g-PEI/RA nanoparticles were prepared. The in vitro release chacteristics and cytotoxicity of the nanoparticles, and their antitumor activities in vivo were studied. Folate-PEG-g-PEI/RA nanoparticles showed higher antitumor efficiency in vitro and in vivo compared with RA itself.
